MDL petition for Shoulder Pain Pump lawsuits

Shoulder pain pump lawsuits have been filed throughout the United States concerning individuals who have developed a condition known as post-arthroscopic glenohumeral chondrolysis of PAGCL. Gray and White Law has filed a petition with the Joint Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) to consolidate all cases before one judge for pre-trial proceedings. This special federal procedure is common in complex product liability cases where multiple lawsuits have been filed concerning one or more common questions of fact.
